Subscriber Management System (SMS) Functionality
The SMS has responsibility for the majority of the information processing associated with customers, bills and other subscriber related activities.
The interactive nature of the CBI requires that the SMS be capable of handling transactions that enable two-way real time activities that take place in response to customer requests.
